Recently I posted on a social network some stories about Mali and the French incursion into the Country.. I did a little research and found that US Special Forces had actually been inside the Country as late as Nov of last year. I was semi surprised to learn that if you had been reading between the lines in the News you most likely saw this coming. I had a moment of clarity about 10 days ago where I wondered out-loud if the incursion into Mali was actually the first shots of WW3. I posted a article yesterday about Syria and Iran threatening to get revenge on the Israeli for its attack in Damascus the other day. I specifically said it could lead to escalation that would be the start of WW3. I was challenged in my responses that it was a stupid idea etc.. etc. It very well could be. Here in fact are some of the articles I was reading as I started looking into ‘Mali’.

Here is how I replied.

I said can escalate not will escalate. The war in Syria is a proxy war. It is very simliar to the Spanish Civil War. The Russians and its allies are supporting the Assad regime.. Meanwhile the US and its allies mainly Britain and Syria’s neighbors are supporting the FSA. The Spanish Civil War allowed for both axis and ally nations to test not only weapons but tactics etc. The US considered a plan to detonate Chemical Weapons in Syria and blame it on the Assad Regime. They went so far as to contact a defense contracter and specify the Chemical Weapons would have to be identical to the ones Syria had in its possession. The French Attack in Mali is France reassuring itself as a World Power. The fact the US and the UK are offering logistical support has further enraged the Muslim World. There is a battle being waged for the vast resources both in the Middle East but now Africa. China for the first time in its History and told its Military to prepare for War. They have made threats to Japan up to and including a Nuclear Attack. China this week also introduced a gold backed currency that will compete with the US Dollar. Col. Gaddafi introduced the same idea before the African Union. Trading a gold backed currency for Oil basically behinds the U. S’s back and two months later he was deposed. Within 90 days of introducing that idea he was Dead. In Afganistan they found a 3 trillion dollar mineral deposit. Not to mention they wanted to run a pipeline across the Country to make for easier Oil transport. Libya has vast resources such as Oil and minerals as well. Mali as well.. if you think this is about individual countries it is the wrong idea. This is the result of a long range plan to take on the identified threat (China). For exam What Country will be more oil dependent in 6 years ? The US or China? Who owns the Most debt in the US? N. Korea has threatened both the US and S. Korea with missile attack. Whether they could actually pull it off is up for debate.. but without doubt everyday that passes they get closer. If I was in-charge of the doomsday clock I would have it at 2 minutes to midnight. Exactly where it was during much of Reagan’s Presidency. I forgot perhaps the biggest tinderbox… The Kashmir region. India and Pakistan have actually come really close to firing nuclear weapons at each other at least on two very very serious conditions. Remember in the 90’s when they were showing various projections of how many would die in both Pakistani and Indian Cities if they launched at each other? They were very very close in that situation. India this week warned people in Kashmir via Newspapers to prepare for Nuclear War. They also provided tips on what to do in the coming days. They are all individually pieces of the puzzle but if something starts to assemble them then we will have a huge problem that could turn ugly in a second. I forgot to mention as well that the use of Cyber Weapons and Cyber War is a dangerous new tactic. It will not be long before something happens to a country based on a computer attack of some sort and it starts a conflict.

I guess my question is.. does this make any sense? Can what we have been seeing now be thought of as part of a long term struggle to defeat China based on control of vast resources? I am interested in your ideas..
